Rolex Yacht-Master 40 16622 Rhodium Dial Platinum Bezel Rolesium 2012

The Rolex Yacht-Master 40 reference 16622 in Rolesium, the combination of Oystersteel with a platinum bezel and a platinum dial in a cool rhodium grey. Rolex introduced the 16622 in 1999 as the first steel Yacht-Master, bringing the yachting model's design to a more understated everyday watch, and the Rolesium pairing quickly became a modern classic. This 2012 example comes from the final years of the 16622 before Rolex replaced it with the next generation.

The rhodium grey dial is a subtle, sophisticated colour that shifts with the light, with large luminous markers, red seconds hand and the date under the Cyclops lens at 3 o'clock. The solid platinum bidirectional bezel carries raised, polished numerals set against a sandblasted background, and it is framed by the 40mm Oystersteel case and the Oyster bracelet. It presents in excellent condition and is covered by our 12-month in-house warranty.
