Thank you for choosing The Watch Business for your shopping needs!
You have the option to return new and unopened items for a full refund within 3 days (excluding shipping and handling charges), subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Accessories are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days, provided they are new and unopened.
To qualify for refunds and exchanges, please ensure:
- The item is unused and in the same condition as received.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
Please note the following regarding returns and warranties:
- You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item.
- Refunds are not available for changes of mind or wrong decisions.
- Warranty claims operate on a "return back to base" basis, with the buyer covering the associated costs.
- Pre-owned watches come with a 1-year store warranty.
- Water damage and rough handling are not covered under warranty.
