You have the option to return new and unopened items for a full refund within 3 days (excluding shipping and handling charges), subject to a restocking fee of 10%. Accessories are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days, provided they are new and unopened.

To qualify for refunds and exchanges, please ensure:

• The item is unused and in the same condition as received.
• The item is in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

Please note the following regarding returns and warranties:

• Refunds are not available for changes of mind or wrong decisions.
• Warranty claims operate on a "return back to base" basis.
• Pre-owned watches come with a 1-year store warranty.
• Water damage and rough handling are not covered under warranty.
