Is it safe to buy a second hand luxury watch?

Yes, if the watch has been properly inspected. The real risk with a used luxury watch is rarely an outright fake. It is a genuine watch with replaced parts, an over-polished case or hidden wear. Every watch we sell is checked by the Horologist in the Dymocks Building before it is listed, and you can inspect it yourself before you buy.

What is the difference between pre-owned and second hand?

Nothing. They mean the same thing. Pre-owned is the term the watch industry uses. Some of our watches have been worn for years, and some have never been worn at all. Each listing tells you which.

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes. Every watch comes with a 12 month mechanical warranty covering the movement. Where a watch is still inside its manufacturer's warranty, the listing shows how long is left.

Can I see a watch before I buy it?

Yes, and we recommend it. Call 0423 778 091 to book a viewing at our Sydney CBD office, Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. If you can't come in, we can send extra photos and videos, or walk you through the watch on a live video call.

Do you offer finance?

Yes. Finance is available to approved Australian buyers through our finance partner. Fill in the finance form and the broker will talk you through the terms and fees.

Can I trade in my current watch?

Yes. We take watches as part-payment against anything in our stock. We value your watch, apply it against the one you want, and settle the difference on the day.

Do you ship interstate?

Yes. We ship anywhere in Australia, secured and fully insured, at our cost.
