  2. Valuation of your Collection: As like any asset class your watch collection goes up and down in value in sync with the economy. It is important to revalue your collection at least once every year, so it reflects the correct value for insurance replacement purposes.
  3. Private Purchase: You don’t always purchase a watch with an invoice or paperwork. Sometimes you source it privately through an online marketplace like Facebook, Gumtree or through a friend. Without any paperwork its harder to insure your timepiece. This is where a Valuation Certificate helps to provide a credible and accurate appraisal of your watch for your insurance company.

How it Works

  • Contact us via email, Whatsapp, Phone and provide us with the following information on your timepiece.

    • Clear photo in the box with the warranty paper or card
    • Reference/Model number of your watch
    • Year model of your watch
    • Your contact details, first name, last name, email address.

  • We will have a look at the info and contact you with our recommended Insurance Replacement Value.

    • We use current market prices to determine the accurate insurance replacement value as of the date of valuation.

  • If you agree with the Value. You will be sent an Invoice.

    • If you are happy with the proposed Value for insurance purposes, you will then be emailed an invoice.

  • Once the Invoice is paid you will be send the Valuation to your email.

    • Once the payment is received you will be sent a valuation in PDF format to your email.
    • And you will be sent a paid invoice.
