Do you offer warranty?
12-Month Warranty on All Timepieces
We stand behind the quality of every watch we sell. All timepieces purchased from The Watch Business are covered by a comprehensive 12-month warranty.
Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This period commences on the day the invoice is issued to the buyer.
What is Covered?
This warranty covers any manufacturing or mechanical defects that cause the watch to function outside of its intended specifications. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Timekeeping Issues: If the watch is running inaccurately, for example, consistently running fast or slow.
- Functional Defects: If any specific functions on the watch (such as chronograph pushers, date wheel, or automatic winding mechanism) are not operating as they should.
Our Warranty Service Process
If you experience an issue covered by this warranty, please contact us immediately. Do not attempt to open the watch caseback or have it repaired by a third-party jeweler, as this will void the warranty.
- Contact Us: Reach out to The Watch Business to report the issue - sales@watchbiz.com.au.
- Arrange Shipping: For the convenience of our interstate clients, we will arrange everything. Once you contact us, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label. All you need to do is securely pack the watch. We will then schedule a courier to collect it from your address at a time that suits you.
- In-House Service: Once received, our in-house master watchmaker will inspect the timepiece and perform the necessary service to restore it to its original working order.
What is NOT Covered?
This warranty does not cover any issues resulting from normal wear and tear or misuse. This includes, but is not limited to:
- General wear and tear ( Cracked / Chipped Crystal, Bracelet Stretch)
