The Rolex GMT-Master II reference 16710 in stainless steel with the black dial and the red and black Coke bezel. Introduced in 1989, the 16710 was the GMT-Master II that collectors still regard as the purest expression of the model: a slim case, an independently adjustable hour hand for a true second time zone, and the choice of interchangeable aluminium bezel inserts, with the Coke combination among the most loved. This Y serial example dates to 2002, from the later years of the reference.
The glossy black dial carries luminous markers, the red-tipped 24-hour hand and the date under the Cyclops lens at 3 o'clock, framed by the bidirectional Coke bezel with its classic red and black aluminium insert. The 40mm steel case and Oyster bracelet keep the proportions of a true vintage-era tool watch. It presents in great condition, with some small marks on the bezel insert consistent with its age, and it is covered by our 12-month in-house warranty.
This timepiece comes as a full set with inner and outer box, Rolex chronometer certificate, GMT-Master booklet, and tags.
