Rolex GMT-Master II 116710BLNR Batman Black Dial Stainless Steel

The Rolex GMT-Master II reference 116710BLNR in stainless steel, the watch collectors everywhere know simply as the Batman. Introduced in 2013, it was the first Rolex to wear a two-colour ceramic bezel, its blue and black Cerachrom insert splitting day and night hours in a way that had long been thought impossible to achieve in a single piece of ceramic. The engraved numerals are filled with platinum, and the bezel shrugs off the scratches and fading that mark older aluminium inserts.

The glossy black dial carries luminous hour markers, Mercedes hands and a blue-tipped 24-hour hand that tracks a second time zone against the bezel, with a date window under the Cyclops lens at 3 o'clock. The 40mm Oyster case sits on the solid-link Oyster bracelet with the Oysterlock safety clasp and Easylink comfort extension. Now discontinued and replaced by the Jubilee-equipped 126710BLNR, the Oyster bracelet Batman is increasingly sought after. This example has been recently serviced and presents in excellent condition, covered by our 12-month in-house warranty.
