Rolex Datejust 36 16233 White Roman Dial Two Tone Yellow Gold Jubilee 1991

The Rolex Datejust 36 reference 16233 in stainless steel and 18k yellow gold with the white Roman numeral dial, one of the most elegant configurations of the classic two-tone Datejust. Introduced in 1988, the 16233 brought a sapphire crystal and quickset date to the two-tone Datejust, and it remains one of the most popular everyday Rolex watches ever made. This example dates to 1991, an early year for the reference, and it still has its original chronometer papers matched to the watch.

The crisp white dial carries applied gold Roman numerals and gold hands, with the date under the Cyclops lens at 3 o'clock. The 18k yellow gold fluted bezel and the two-tone Jubilee bracelet complete the look, dressy enough to wear with a suit yet easy to wear every day. It presents in excellent condition and is covered by our 12-month in-house warranty.
