The Santos de Cartier Large reference WSSA0039 is the all-black take on the watch that helped define the men's wristwatch, first made for aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont in 1904. The square case is finished in Cartier's black ADLC coating from edge to edge, framing a black dial with white Roman numerals, sword hands and a discreet date window. It wears on a black rubber strap fitted with Cartier's QuickSwitch system, so changing over to the included black alligator leather strap takes seconds with no tools. It presents in Excellent condition.
This timepiece comes as a full set with the Cartier box and warranty card, plus an additional black alligator leather strap for a dressier look.
