Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Rubens Barrichello II 26078IO Titanium Limited Edition 2007

The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Chronograph Rubens Barrichello II, reference 26078IO, created in tribute to the Brazilian Formula 1 driver Rubens Barrichello. The titanium version was limited to just 1,000 pieces worldwide, alongside 500 in rose gold and 150 in platinum, and this is number 0780 of 1,000. Nearly two decades after its launch the Barrichello II remains one of the most sought-after Offshore limited editions, and complete, Australian-delivered examples with documented service history are rare to find.

Every detail nods to motor racing: the black ceramic bezel shaped like a ventilated brake disc and fixed with hexagonal screws, a cogwheel-style crown, and a caseback styled like a racing wheel and engraved with the RB logo. The black partially openworked dial with its Mega Tapisserie racing motif sits inside a white tachymeter flange, with white chronograph subdials and blue and green hands echoing the Brazilian flag. Originally delivered in Sydney in December 2007, it was fully serviced in May 2024 by an Audemars Piguet authorised service centre and was not polished during the service. It presents in excellent condition on a black leather strap with folding clasp and is covered by our 12-month in-house warranty.

This timepiece comes as a full set with inner and outer box, original papers, and the 2024 service paperwork.
