Local Shipping
- Insured Courier delivery for items under $10,000 with on-line tracking and signature upon delivery. Actual cost is quoted and dependant on the item’s insured value (prices are typically from $80 upward).
- Specialty / Secure Courier delivery for items over $10,000. Cost is from $150 and includes Insurance. Additional charges may apply to large items or to deliveries that are to remote locations.
- Registered Post is available to remote areas for items up to $5,000. Prices are typically from $25 upward. Insurance is additional & determined by the declared value of the item.
International shipping
- Express Post International is available to most countries with on-line tracking. Delivery is usually in 4 business days to most cities world-wide. Please contact us with your address for actual shipping costs.
- Insurance is additional and determined by the declared value of the item.
- Additional charges will apply to items over 5 kg or to deliveries to remote locations.
- Quotations for courier services (FedEx / DHL / UPS) can be provided, once we have the full delivery details.
- Refunds are not available for change of mind or wrong decision.
- Change of mind purchases for new and unworn items will have a restocking fee of 10 per cent
- We provide a full refund if item is not as described or there is a fault with the product.
- All warranty claims are on a “return back to base” basis, at the cost of the buyer.
- Pre-owned watches are sold with our store warranty of 1 Year.
- Water damage and rough handling are not covered under warranty.
